1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Blake & Howes Conservatory Roof Upgrades (hereinafter “the Company”) and the individual or entity entering into this Agreement (hereinafter “the Customer”). By commissioning services from the Company, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion, with any changes taking effect upon notification to the Customer.

2. Services Provided
The Company shall undertake the replacement or conversion of the Customer’s conservatory roof using high-quality materials and workmanship, in accordance with the specifications agreed upon during the quotation process. All services are subject to a 10-year guarantee, underwritten by an accredited body, subject to the conditions outlined herein.

3. Quotations and Payments
Quotations provided by the Company are valid for 30 days from issuance and are based on the information supplied by the Customer. A non-refundable deposit of 33% is required once you agree to go ahead with the installation (this is to cover the upfront costs), with a further 33% payable once work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to settle payment may result in additional charges or suspension of the guarantee.

4. Installation Process
The installation of a new conservatory roof by the Company will typically be completed within 5 days, depending on the size and complexity of the structure. The Company will ensure the exterior includes guttering and fascia boards, while the interior will feature a plastered, insulated ceiling. The Customer must provide unobstructed access to the conservatory and ensure a suitable base for the installation.

5. Guarantees and Warranties
The Company offers a 10-year workmanship guarantee, provided the roof is maintained in accordance with the care instructions provided. Any damage or fault arising from neglect, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines will void these guarantees. The Customer must notify the Company of any issues within 7 days of discovery to qualify for remedial action.

6. Liability and Exclusions
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of use or profit, arising from the services provided. The guarantees do not cover damage caused by external factors such as severe weather, structural movement, or modifications made by third parties. The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the contract.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
The Customer may cancel the agreement in writing prior to the commencement of work, subject to forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations after work has begun will incur costs for materials and labour already incurred. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days, less any deductions for expenses.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
